What we collect

When you book a scoping call or request our rate card, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, work email, target languages, estimated word volume, and preferred time slot. We use this information solely to prepare for and follow up on your enquiry.

How we use it

To schedule and run your scoping call and deliver your proposal.
To send the rate card and related localization resources you request.
To improve our services and website experience in aggregate.

What we never do

We never sell your personal information, share it with data brokers, or use your source content to train third-party models. Client content processed during translation sprints is handled under NDA by default.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@wordbridgelocalization.com, and we will respond within 30 days.
