Proposals and pricing

Every engagement begins with a written proposal confirming timeline, locale pairs, accuracy SLA, and fixed pricing. No work begins until you approve the proposal. Rate card figures are indicative; your proposal price is the binding figure.

Sprints and acceptance

• Standard sprints deliver in 48 hours per language batch, excluding client review time.
• You have 7 business days after delivery to report defects against the agreed glossary and SLA.
• Verified defects are corrected free of charge; out-of-scope rewrites are quoted separately.

Confidentiality

All source materials, glossaries, and translation memories you share are treated as confidential and are never reused across clients without your written consent.
